Personal Information Collection

We will collect some necessary information when you register on Custompins.ca. For example, the contact information (name, delivery address, etc) and financial information (credit card number, expiration delivery date, etc). The information is used for invoicing purposes and fulfilling customer orders. We can use the contact information to contact the user promptly if we have difficulty when processing a custom order.

Emails & Catalogs

Regarding the e-mail address, product mailing address, and other personally identifiable information you provide to us, we will never sell or rent such private information.

Choice or Opt-Out

If you do not wish to receive any more of our e-mails, you may choose not to receive them by clicking the unsubscribe link in the E-mail.

Colors

Unless we agree otherwise, all colors will match your original work as much as possible. Most of our products are handmade/hand-colored, and the difference in dyeing and chromaticity may appear from time to time.

For precise color matching, we use the Pantone® matching system formula to guide the coating color. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per color, and we will match the Pantone color to the Pantone® formula guide provided by the Pantone matching system

Please be noted that the colors displayed on the monitor may be different from the colors in the Pantone Guide due to the difference in monitor calibration. We match colors based on the printed guides and your artist proofs.

Cookies

The use of cookies on our website will not be associated with any identifiable personal information. We just use cookies to track your shopping cart. If users refuse cookies, they can still use our website. The only disadvantage of this is that users will be restricted to certain areas of our website. What’s more, cookies allow us to track the target user’s interests to enhance the user experience.

Talking about third-party vendors, including Google and Teracent, will use cookies to provide advertisements based on the user's previous visits to your website. As for the Google advertising opt-out page or the Teracent opt-out page, the user can opt-out the cookies by visiting their opt-out pages.
