|Where can I get a pin made?

|Do you request a minimum order quantity for your custom pins?

Firstly, we don’t require any minimum order quantity for your custom pins. We offer custom pins with no minimum quantity! And please kindly be noted that there is a below minimum charge. What’s more, in order to save cost for your custom made pins, we offer you pin designs and drawings for free, and all shipments to Canada are free of freight.

|Do I need to pay a mold fee for my custom pins?

If it is the first time to customize custom pins, you need to pay a mold fee. Then, for the next two years, the mold can be reused for free. We will keep your mold in good condition in our mold room.

|What if my pin order needs to be changed or canceled during production?

Before production, you can cancel the pin order at any time and you have the right to request a refund. Once the custom pins are mass-produced, your order cannot be changed. Therefore, any changes or cancellations will be charged according to your request. If you still want to change the order during the mass production process, it will be processed as a new order.

|Will you give me a pin sample before production?

We will send the digital proof of your custom made pins to you before mass production. If you need to make any changes to the design before production, our designers will make unlimited modifications for you.

|Can you recommend some suitable crafts for customizing pins?

Of course, for example, custom antique pins have a vintage classic look. The custom shiny and sandblasted pins are very eye-catching because of their shiny surface. The two-tone plated pins look elegant and delicate. Soft enamel pins are lumpy, while hard enamel pins are bright and smooth.

|Do custom pins have a fixed shape, size, and thickness?

Not necessarily, these details depend on your actual needs. We can create the best quality customized shaped pins for you, such as round, oval, square, irregular shapes, and so on. Meanwhile, the size and thickness are not limited.

|I have the pin artwork already. What format do you accept?

PNG, PDF, JPG, AI, EPS, etc. are all available.

|What is the offset printed pins?

Offset pins are made by the printing procedure. They can show your design in vivid colors and patterns 100%. Offset printing is a common and popular printing technique that transfers the image of the ink to the surface of custom pins.

|Can you add my favorite photo to my pin design?

Sure, we recommend choosing custom pins with offset printing technology. But please be aware: Please provide high-definition images to prevent unclear printing.

|Can you explain the difference between 3D and 2D custom pins briefly?

The 2D pin design has only a raised layer of metal. The 3D pin design has multiple layers of raised metal, allowing for deeper embossing and rendering of more complex details.

|What is the Silkscreen Printing process for custom pins?

Screen printing refers to the use of silkscreen as a substrate to print pictures and texts on the screen through photosensitive plate making. If your product’s logo and text are small, or the design is more complicated, the manufacturer cannot use the model to make your custom lapel pins. In this case, we will use silkscreen printing to show its effect. Silkscreen printing is usually combined with hard enamel when making custom pins.

Please refer to the production cycle of each process as below. Please note that if your design is more complex and has more attachments, it will take extra time.
