Both start with the same basic metal stamping workflow, but hard enamel goes through additional polishing procedures, so it takes longer to manufacture and comes with a higher price tag.

No, unlimited colors are included for free. No extra charge applies whether your design uses 2 or 10 colors. However, there are structural color constraints for soft enamel pins:
・No Gradient or Blended Effects — Conventional soft enamel uses discrete solid color fills. Gradients, shadows, and smooth color transitions cannot be directly produced; all color areas must be solid blocks.
・Raised Metal Borders Are Mandatory — Distinct enamel colors must be divided by raised metal lines (die lines /metal walls). These borders prevent color bleeding in production and clarify design details.
Remarks: The Pantone Matching System is applied for full color accuracy. You may provide specific Pantone codes, or our designers can complete color matching for you free of charge.
